Recipe: Grilled Pears with Mascarpone, Pecans and Honey
In about the same amount of time it would take you to run out to the store to buy a dessert for Thanksgiving, you can grill up this beautiful, 5-ingredient Grilled Pear recipe. Skip the oven, stovetop and mixing bowls and step outside to the grill for a breath of fresh air after your Thanksgiving meal to put this together in a flash. Read on for the full how-to.

Ingredients:
- Quick Briq
- 4 Bosc Pears
- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 cup pecans
- 4 Tbsp Wildflower or Buckwheat Honey
- 1 Tbsp neutral flavored oil, such as canola
Directions:
Step 1: Halve and core pears
Halve and core pears with a metal teaspoon.
Step 2: Fire up the grill
Clean grill grates and brush with oil. Load a Quick Briq into the Briq pan and heat your Spark to 400F.
Step 3: Grill the pears
Place pears, cut side down, on the grill. Close lid and grill for about 10 minute or until pears are tender when poked with a fork.
Step 4: Plate
Remove from the grill and arrange two halves per plate. Spoon a tablespoon of mascarpone onto each plate, dress with pecans and drizzle with honey. Serve warm.
